Their strategic deployments have contributed to a 32.5% decrease in collateral damage to civilian craft and structures in the past three years. For as long as they continue to set an example for honor and restraint among the Syndicate capsuleer community, they will maintain their excellent standing in the eyes of the broader Intaki Syndicate and its associates.
"Further, while the active interdiction of slave-bearing vessels in Syndicate space is largely handled by the ISP at their own discretion, the ISP has stated that vigilante vessels from CHTAR willing and able to extirpate slave-bearing vessels and provide proof of life for at least 80% of the enslaved (while minimizing collateral damage to civilian craft) will continue to be tolerated. CHTAR's actions against slave-smuggling operations in Syndicate remain under close scrutiny to ensure best practice.
