Spreading the word of James 315 and the New Order of Highsec to those unrepentant miners attempting to hide in the false safety of nullsec.
The success of the Code within highsec must be replicated and its tenets spread to the unimproved denizens of null.
For too long these proto-players have had no reason to better themselves. We will provide that service to them.
Acting as proxy for all nullsec players we have applied the rules of the New Halaima Code of Conduct to the entire of nullsec. As such all players entering nullsec have agreed to abide by the Code. Breaking of all past, present, and future rules will be considered a breach of the agreed terms and met with the severest punishment.
