Important Rules of EVE WAR
If you're not at war you can only be flagged against a target if its the second Tuesday of everymonth. However this rule does not apply if the year is a leap year or if your in a sytem beginning with the letter Y.
Also its important to remember that if the pilot has a -5 sec status but knows a bloke who knows a bloke who plays EVE and his corp is at war with yours then you can pod them if Jupiter is in alignment with Saturn and on the proviso that the bloke who knows a bloke who plays Eve isnt logged off and playing WOW instead. In this eventuality rule 22b sub para c article IV shall be enforced.
This clearly states that under no circumstances shall petitions be entertained if your ship is lost to CONCORD in the event that you engaged the target in high sec whilst flying a stabbed badger with Exotic Dancers in the hold (this of course is an exception to rule 211 when this is
