Paste your inventory and see the minerals you get at your yield and whether to sell compressed ore or reprocess it, at Jita 4-4 prices.

The Capsuleers.app reprocess calculator answers the question every miner asks after a shift: do I sell the compressed ore as it is, or reprocess it and sell the minerals? Paste the inventory you copied in the client and, line by line, it compares the compressed value with the minerals you would get at your yield, at Jita 4-4 prices.

Pick a preset yield (NPC station 69.6%, Athanor T2 87.6%, Tatara T2 90.6%) or work it out from structure, rig, space security, implant and the Reprocessing, Reprocessing Efficiency and Ore Processing skills. Buyback and structure tax apply to the values.

How reprocessing is worked out

Ore is reprocessed in batches of 100 units: each batch returns the materials of its type times the yield, rounded down.

Units that do not fill a batch are not reprocessed, and the tool tells you so.

Compressed ore yields the same as raw, unit for unit, at a hundredth of the volume.

For each ore the tool sets the compressed price against the value of the minerals and marks the better one with its percentage advantage.

At the top sits the best mix, the sum of the best of each line, next to the all-compressed and all-minerals totals.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the prices come from?

From Jita 4-4: a volume-weighted average of the best 5% of sell or buy orders, refreshed every hour. You choose the side and can apply buyback and tax.

Which paste formats work?

The inventory copy from the client, "name quantity" lists and multibuy lists. Lines it does not recognise are listed: nothing is dropped silently.
