From Seor Engis' "A Social History of New Eden"
... or, of course, the Innuendo-class of industrial haulers as we prefer to think of them. The Viator thusly, cannot be considered on it's own, but must be seen as part of the whole range of haulers of the Gallente Federation.

The Gallente are a culture who celebrate personal expression and diversity. It is no surprise therefore, that the Gallente have more different industrial designs than any other culture in New Eden. Common to all innuendo-class ships is the human reproductive inspiration found in almost all Gallente ships (except for the Vexor, which looks like a hair-dryer). Gallente industrials come in a wide range of shapes and sizes, tailored to your personal need; from the long and thin classic, the Iteron-V, or the slightly shorter but - in certain ways - much more volumptuous Epithal over the stocky Nereus and Occators to the Kryos (which we all know has nothing to do with pago-logistics, but was really made to cater to the Gallente's insatiable
craving for long-limb roes to go with their drinks/flirting/dance/sex/painting or whatever other activity they are engaging in).

At top of the line of Gallente industrials, then, sits the blockade Runner: the Viator, a ship know to be a rude signature showed in the face of the State. While both beautiful and efficient, the Viator can be said to be almost Caldari-adjacent; firstly, it is much smaller than the other Gallente industrials (though this can be mitigated with
special rigging) and with its advanced stealth technology it is well known for getting into places and delivering its load before anyone has noticed.

Viators are very popular across all of New Eden, though the design has struggled to find purchase with Sebestior Engineer-Pilots who feel it should be possible to repair a control-panel with a hammer...
