In-game bio

Born in the halls of the Center for Advanced Studies, Loki Jemeco was a prodigy who quickly outgrew the rigid confines of Gallente academia. His mentors saw brilliance in him, but his restless spirit and penchant for trouble led him to abandon textbooks for the roar of engines. Drawn to the underground frigate racing circuits of Placid, Loki fell in with a motley crew of thrill-seeking pilots who lived for speed and glory. What started as a side hustle tinkering with racers’ ships turned into a calling. Loki’s uncanny ability to dissect and enhance any machine—often with nothing but scrap, ingenuity, and a devil-may-care attitude—earned him a reputation as a genius mechanic. His unorthodox repairs, cobbled together from "junk, bits, and bolts," have kept many a frigate flying through the brutal gauntlet of interstellar races, where pilots destroy beacons, snatch markers, and pull off death-defying maneuvers for points and prestige. Loki thrives in the chaos of the track, where Amarr nobles and rogue pilots alike compete for dominance. He’s seen the highs of victory and the lows of tragedy, like the fatal crash of Keral and Selan’s prototype rig—a grim reminder of the risks he skirts with every mod he installs. Driven by a hunger to push technology and himself to the limit, Loki dreams of building the ultimate racing frigate, one that will redefine the sport and cement his name in New Eden’s history.

Loki’s latest obsession is a player-run race from Rens to Jita, a brutal gauntlet where speed, cunning, and durability decide the victor. Whether rigging a racer’s frigate to dodge Rancer’s pirates or piloting his own jury-rigged ship through a wormhole shortcut, Loki lives for the challenge. The memory of Keral and Selan’s crash looms large, pushing him to perfect his designs—because in New Eden’s races, a single miscalculation means oblivion.
