In-game bio

Chapter 1: No planet to call home

Every personal story starts from the childhood. Fortunatelly for the reader there isn't much to tell about mine. I was born on an old, lousy, rusty freighter on one of the infinite runs between systems so I have no planet to call home. Not that I knew what it is then but I was happy with what I had at the time - the carrying, soft-spoken family, the endless labyrinth of coridors, the secret personal spaces in abandoned cargo boxes, and most importanly - my imagination running wild in all that magical space.

While some normal kids get home-schooling, my early education could be called the ship-schooling. Of course, I learned to read and write, I am ok with mathematics too but there was a strong focus on unique practical skills like taking care of your ship. So my early toys were conductors, bolts, cable pieces that were things of magic in my eyes. On ocassions we did some mining if we passed by some rich asteroids. I even learned how to build some stuff from those minerals because in space one must be self-sufficient and make do on his own. And I dearly love manufacturing to this day - building something of real-life value out of nothing is so exhilarating!

From time to time, though not too often, we even had some small skirmishes with lost-in-space drones and small opportunistic wanna-be-pirates. Which was great for my fighting practice, for getting introduced into "the art of war" as my uncle called it. We never looked for a fight but for me blowing up the lil' enemy-red blops was so satisfying. Though even more exciting was scavanging those torn-to-pieces wrecks - I was boiling hot from anticipation of what we might find there. Just like on the Christmas day!

All in all, I could say it was a simple, eventless, and happy childhood. Because in the end, all you need is love. And I received aplenty of it from my family tribe.
