In-game bio

Lost in space somewhere between Sol and Beagle Point.

I don't even know what I'm doing here any more. Why I even embarked on this journey? I know I had a purpose... it was something important, I'm sure of that! Wait... who are YOU? And what are you even doing here? Move along, nothing to see here...

The stars don't look right here. Different constellations, wrong colours too... some burn too blue, others too red. I thought the void was uniform out past the bubble, but this... this feels different. Older. Or maybe it's me that's broken. Three months alone with only the ship's hum and the occasional drift-pinger to remind me I'm still human. Now my memory keeps slipping... what mission sent me out this far? Was there one? Some corporate contract, some fringe colonist rescue, some... something. But the names won't stick. Names never do anymore. Just these strange red nebulae, these dead systems nobody maps, and questions that keep circling back like a dog chasing its tail. Where did I go wrong? Did I take a jump when I shouldn't? Follow a signal that led nowhere? Or did I just drift until the edge of everything let me slip through? Either way, I'm not sure I can find my way back. Not that I remember where 'home' is anymore.
