In-game bio
I was born of one of the High Families of the Gilden Wood Mining Guild. We lost everything in a major Pirate raid about three generations ago.
We had all of the sympathy and respect of the other High Families, but they could not spare anything to help us - nor did we want it. We were miners from the first days of The Rebirth and we saw an opportunity to follow in our forefather's footsteps; To live as they lived; to grow as they grew; to be free as they were free. We had grown soft and pruny from bathing in luxury for too long. In our opinion, the raiders did us a favor - waking us from a fattening slumber of sloth and excess, nearly forgetting who we were. They liberated us from the prison of our own beds.
We will rise again; but this time we will measure our treasure in freedom, our wealth in the richness of our lives and our power in the ability to keep others free. I'm just following my path. One day, my children, or perhaps my children's children, will again own the stars.
