Highsec Pirate - a player who can't PVP so he attacks miners and mission runners in High Sec. This is the guy who slaps his girlfriend around and thinks he's a prize fighter.
FW Pirates - These are the guys who dig through trashcans. They don't care what they get, what they find, anything is treasure to them. Kind of sad...
