Angela Carmichael

Older in age and yet late to the scene, Angie (as her friends call her) is not so much a Pod Pilot as a spacefaring scientist.

With a widely diverse set of interests, Angie dabbles in the sciences -- research & developement and spaceborne exploration; business and industry; planetary utilization; and mining and other space resource exploitation.

Initially shy of the spaceborne life, she was brought into the fold of pilots by a good friend, who showed her that she not only had little to fear (provided she handled herself with care), but also had a great deal to learn.

Now viewing the universe as her intellectual playground, she is constantly traveling to places of interest, seeking her next Big Discovery.
