In-game bio
Originally belonging to The Scope, this IGU V5 (Intelligence Gatherer Unit Ver 5) was used to gather incriminating evidence on popular celebrities and people of interest throughout New Eden to be published in magazines and gossiped over.
Recently, this unit was stolen by an anonymous thief and was reprogrammed to operate under their authority. It was placed into the State War Academy where it has learned basic knowledge of space craft interaction and communication skills.
The advanced technology that this IGU V5 contains allows it to gather almost all needed intelligence of nearly any target it is programmed to observe. Its advanced processors are instead now utilized to host the server processes of the newly reborn Eden of the East software program supposedly created by an eastern terran culture in the AD era. Fundementaly useless with today's technology this massive program provides access not just for capsuleers, but average consumers information about anything, or anyone.
