Tetsu Nakahama is a Khanid rebel and political theorist. Before becoming a capsuleer, Nakahama was exposed to radical libertarian ideas emerging from the Caldari underground. In particular, the concept of basic individual freedom, and it being qualified only by willing adoption of an ethical system or non-coerced membership of a collective, came as a stunning revelation to a man brought up in the tradition of the Khanid Cyber Knights.
Upon qualifying as a pilot, Nakahama took his present name and founded the Girochin Sha, or "Guillotine Society", in early YC113. Both his new name and the name of the society are derived from a Caldari dialect in acknowledgement of the profound influence his Caldari radical contacts had upon his thinking.
