'Crafters' can use corp blueprints and materials to produce gear. It does not involve removing things from the hangars, and direct viewing of blueprints in the hangars is disabled.

Begin by being at the Alenia or Pashanai station.
Open Industry (icon looks like a factory)

First select the 'Blueprints' tab midway down the Industry window.
Change the first drop down box (right underneath 'blueprints') to say 'Owned by Corp'
This should allow you to pick a blueprint.

You can use the drop down menus to the right of the 'owned by corp' section to refine your search for the BP you are lookcing for.

Click on a blueprint from the library.

Next choose your action: Manufacture, Research time reduction, Resarch materials reduction, copy, and invention.

Some actions require materials/components.

For basic manufacturing (using just minerals), you can change the resource input location in the upper right to the 'Industry' hangar. Ignore warning, hit start.
