In-game bio
Rucia Laraan was born in a monk-led colony of quiet contemplation on a lowly populated moon in the Karnola constelation. She grew up studying the wonders of the universe, but ultimately discovered how little humanity understood of the cosmos.
After spending her young life working for the colony's academic program, Laraan gained enough capital to purchase her first ship, a Caldari Ibis, at the age of 25. With her first Ibis, she began her search for meaning amongst the stars.
Not without a sense of pragmatism, Laraan engages in the industry of New Eden in order to better equip herself to explore the far reaches of space.
Rucia Laraan found the young men of her colony to be short-sighted and unambitious, and because of this, she has never engaged in emotional or physical relations. She views psychological independence as the most honorable of virtues.
