HITAM Industrial is a unique, member-oriented corporation. HITAM Industrial separates the selfism and selfishness which typically appears between the leadership and the members in most corps, forming a unique foundation of principals in the Eve universe. Rather than the individual members working towards the goals of the corp, the corp adapts itself to best follow the nature of the goals of all members. Members of HITAM Industrial are sought to share core, corp-level values which defies the selfish, goal-less entity that is most corporations in Eve Online. The goal of the HITAM Industrial Corporation is to act as a single entity, with the leadership core acting more as a living conscious, rather than a dictator of membership. To ask what we do is irrelevant, our corp is focused on what YOU want to do.
