[7-B] Primal Directive 7-B

The term 'primal' refers to members of the 'army within an army' of Delictum 23216, their name an ominous reference to their brutal methods of torture. The Primals had their heyday in the aftermath of the bombings carried out by the terrorist group, the 'Children of Gehenna', an event which led to the secret directive, 7-b; thus the organisation was created.

Charged with the protection of Scagga Laebetrovo, the primals held carte blanche to ensure his security. Lavishly funded, they took the liberty to instill terror and fear into any who disobeyed what they perceived to be his will.

In living or in dying, a Primal is not to be taken lightly.
