Finally, it should have a scalable, sound business model that shows a clear path to revenues and early profitability.
We are interested in being equity partners, either directly or through convertible loans. We usually take a substantial minority position in each company, of sufficient size to allow us to make a meaningful contribution yet leaving the entrepreneur as its principal stakeholder.
