20 million skill point minimum for PVP pilots
-Pilots expecting to join in PVP will be expected to have kills on killboards.

10 million skill point minimum for PVE Pilots
-All PVE Pilots will be expected to join in PVP when called upon. No Exceptions or Excuses. PKK
