Description

The Graduate School of Applied Knowledge was founded by Ishukone Corporation as a means of attracting (poaching) some of the finest students from the Lai Dai Corporation controlled School of Applied Knowledge.

Lai Dai, not to take this corporate maneuvering lying down, moved rapidly to acquire shares in the fledgling corp, partially curtailing the move by Ishukone.

Further, Ishukone had placed Dex Kivuli in charge. While Kivuli was a promising young trader dedicated to the State - having spent time in both the Caldari Navy and the Caldari militia - he was more committed to Ishukone ideals (free trade) than the corporation itself. He was also well-connected within Lai Dai.

As a result GSAK (while ostensibly Ishukone controlled) is a collaborative effort between both Lai Dai and Ishukone.

GSAK provides a tax free and unencomubered environment for State loyal capsuleers to pursue their own business interests.
