StrayLight Corporation [STRA] - established by Kye Darkstar and Cantos Collins, two skilled Caldari partners that have since moved on [as planned] with the creation of PDNET (Private Defense Network). StrayLight provided logistical, financial and even political support for PDNET's operations. StrayLight would often secure defense contracts on authority from PDN, objectives of which ranged from the collection of outstanding bounties to shipping or delivery escort and even full scale fleet support. As government liaison for both companies (to all five empires) StrayLight also managed and/or adjusted positive and negative relationship standings across the organizational landscape regarding every past and current interaction (be it factional, racial or industrial).
With the appointment of Bahn Sei'Kadi as CEO (an Amarr and thus natural ally of any Caldari) StrayLight Corp's HQ was relocated to Hedion University in the Sehmy System (it's original location was at the State War Academy in Kisogo. Note that PDNET continues to reside there today).
Sei'Kadi, Darkstar and Collins were easy business partners and from there, completed the tri-racial foundation for their current operations once Seiko Stormrider entered the picture (a crafty Minmatar rebel and the core source of galactic intel for the group, employed presently by the USNY, which is itself also an ally of both PDNET and StrayLight).
Stormrider, despite his Brutor heritage, embraces complete cooperation amongst the four lead races, thus this fearsome foursome will touch multiple corporations across all sectors. Once his induction into PDNET is complete, Seiko will open a satellite office in Gallente space (given the close Minmatar/Gallente ties). Bahn Sei'Kadi will stay put and manage an office within the Amarr Empire, Cantos Collins will relocate to Minmatar space and backfill the void left by Seiko, and Kye Darkstar will stay put as overall CEO to run things from the primary PDN HQ in Caldari space.
