Founding in YC113 the Project remains one of CONCORD's most mysterious organizations that currently is on-par with the Jovians, however recently the Project has slowly been coming out of its isolated shell. The Project currently offers as a humanitarian organization and a anti-pirate corporation offering assistance to those who require it the most, combating threats to the organization and its allies such as the Cartel or Serpentis. The most mysterious aspect however, of the Project is its goal that they simply call, the Project that they are secretly working towards. Currently the Titanium Steel Project offers a Capsuleer training program to rookie Capsuleers of New Eden, to help get them to understand the aspects of EvE.
