Description
Quantum Navy is a military run corporation that bases its value by the measure of its member's integrity and response. It is the belief of Q-Navy that friendships are the greatest currency in EVE, and every member is the difference. Not, they make a difference. They ARE the difference. Requirements
1, Regularly active
2. Provide Full access API and User ID
3. Two week observation period before accepting application (w/exceptions)
4. No alt accounts
5. Ability to follow orders at a moment's notice
6. Members must hold themselves to the highest standards
7. Be on TS and active when logged into Q-Navy character
8. Participate in PvP activities if any are going.
9. Must be able to fly minimum of one race's cruiser class and below
10. Must be able to use Meta 4 PvP moduels
