This is a loose association of Freelancers mainly to save taxes and assist each other. Expansions to that may come up in the future if members apply for,

All Members getting the options tho hold part of shares but doesnt have to.

Running Costs & Profits & Votings
The shareholders are responsible for the running costs (such as office rents if the funds from tax insufficient). Potential profits are given out to Members 25% Shareholders 25%. 25% Used for Projects and investments (like Member Sponsoring) 25% used to raise the company funds every month.
If there are losses however only shareholders taken responsible related to the amount of shares.

Votes:
Each Share has 1 Vote and every Member got the right to own up to 5%

The Share however has to be bought.
