Description
-About-
We believe in the free association of free producers. We wish to help generate an environment that allows all would be industrialists to find trade relationships, security, investment opportunity and mutual aid.
-Cooperative Structure-
All founding members will have an equal share distribution and as new members are added or more capital or value is injected or derived, membership status cannot be lost. Not without a vote for the removal of a member or a resignation; all ex-members will have their shares purchased from them in the name of the cooperative. As new people wish to become members, in order to get to voting status they must have proportional stake in the organization.
Return on investment is calculated relative to how much of the proportional stake you hold. There will be one vote per ‘owning’ status members, regardless of stake proportion. All members may call a vote.
All profits will be distributed based off of vote.
Any time a delegate is elected they must answer to, and be recallable by the population that elects them.
All leadership should aim to be as decentralized as possible allowing for rotation, and as many voices as possible to be heard.
Any order given by a higher order entity may be directly denied by any constituent member. Direct action is important to minimize bureaucratic bloat and also to remain as independent and autonomous as possible.
-Goals-
We are looking to syndicate with as many likeminded corps and alliances as possible, looking to set up joint infrastructure projects with dreams of one day creating a Syndicate Exchange Trade System bypassing the market.
We operate in Matari space primarily but have caches around New Eden. We are currently based near Rens. We sell T2 ships/modules/rigs, boosters, composites, and material to make the items themselves. We buy minerals, moon material and salvage
-Recruitment and Relations-
We are currently a small group of players, mostly new with a few who are more experienced. We are looking for a wide range of capsuleers, we would love those with FC, PVP or leadership experience, but anyone can apply.
If you are looking to engage in mutual aid, contact Valerie Oskold.
If you are looking to join us, or proposing that we join you, contact James Goodkush.
