[TERPT] Terran Protectorate

The Terran Protectorate emerged from a splinter faction of ex–CONCORD peacekeepers, former Caldari naval engineers, and radical human-purist philosophers who believe that humanity’s scattered empires have drifted too far from their origin: Terra.

They’re not delusional “Terra-is-out-there” cultists. They treat Terra as a symbol, not a destination — a unifying myth meant to drag New Eden back from political decay, drone warfare spirals, biotech corruption, and empire-driven atrocities. Their motive is simple:
Humanity first. Empires second.

The Protectorate grew in the cracks of collapsing border systems. They operate with military precision, corporate efficiency, and a borderline authoritarian code of conduct. They consider capsuleers a necessary evil — powerful assets, but also existential threats that need containment.
