Arbitration Services:
Supercapital sales: 500m paid by the seller.
Procedure:
Buyer and seller must confirm sales price in channel prior to isk being held in escrow. Once price is confirmed the buyer will transer the full isk value to marshmallow madness. After this isk is confirmed the seller will eject and allow the buyer to board the ship. Once it is confirmed by both parties that the buyer is boarded the isk will be transferred to the seller with applicable fee subtracted.

Procedure:
Alt-character (c4pitalp4ndas) will join your corporation as a member. You will run a corporation vote to elect that alt-character as the CEO. Once the character receives CEO the corporation member count will be updated with level 5 skills to provide the maximum corporation size allowed.
