Dean Xioni is actually the nickname of the man named
Don Xio Nifalio, son of dr. Jio Nifalio the inventor of the
technology of cold-gas used in microwarpdrives such as
5MN Cold-Gas Enduring Microwarpdrive.
Dr. Nifalio was taking his son very often to his lab in
Center for Advanced Studies in the station over the
Planet (Gas) - Balle IX . The little boy was very clever
but too curious for its age. One day got out of the sight
of his father and mixed cold-gas with oxygen isotopes
and a huge disaster occured, All the station and a huge
part of the planet warped away out of gallente space.
The planet exploded and disappeared and the station was
floating for months without an anchor until finally federation
found a way to bring station back again and anchored it
on another planet of the system.
Dr Nifalio and his son exiled from Gallente space and found
shelter in the wastelands of minmatar space where no ID
was needed. After his father's death, Don Xio Nifalio changed
his name to Dean Xioni and he is now an outlaw with no
idnetity and offers his services to pirate corporations, mostly
pirating and researching in new inventions.
Until now he had no dreams, as his childhood stopped
very early and a new man raised. A leathal warrior and
a dangerous (crazy) scientist capable of anything. Now
his dream is one.... Revenge... Gallente space will not be
the same after he finalize his most destructive invention...
