Description
**WORMHOLE FORESTRY SERVICE [WFS]**
*Department of Interstellar Conservation & Wildlife Management*
We are a wormhole roleplay (RP) group dedicated to protecting wormhole space and preserving, through various means, the quality of life and ecological balance of Anoikis.
Our mission is to ensure that wormhole ecosystems remain healthy, sustainable, and properly managed for future generations of capsuleers.
Sometimes this means **culling local wildlife** to maintain environmentally friendly population levels. Other times, it means clearing out hazardous gas deposits left behind by irresponsible visitors, harvesting mineral resources to prevent geological overcrowding, or conducting controlled forestry operations to remove invasive species.
Culturally relevant and historically significant sites are guarded, surveyed, and carefully curated by our dedicated specialists. Ancient ruins, relics, and archaeological discoveries are preserved through responsible recovery and relocation to secure departmental storage facilities.
Our Rangers, Wardens, Ecologists, Archaeologists, and other qualified personnel work tirelessly to maintain the delicate balance between conservation, exploration, and sustainable resource extraction.
**AUTHORIZED DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:**
- **Wildlife Population Control:** Responsible management of Sleeper, Drifter, and other hostile populations.
- **Environmental Remediation:** Removal of hazardous gas clouds, excess ore deposits, and abandoned materials.
- **Forest Management:** Selective harvesting of hostile or invasive vessels to maintain a healthy ecosystem.
- **Cultural Preservation:** Surveying, securing, and recovering historically significant artifacts.
- **Territorial Conservation:** Monitoring wormhole connections and protecting designated conservation areas.
- **Regulatory Enforcement:** Investigating unauthorized activities and ensuring compliance with departmental conservation policies.
**NOTICE TO VISITORS**
All visitors to protected wormhole territories are expected to respect local conservation regulations and the authority of Wormhole Forestry Service personnel.
Trespassers, unauthorized harvesters, poachers, and other environmental offenders will be cited and escorted out via the **Jita Express** at the earliest available opportunity.
Please be advised that the Jita Express is a one-way service. Return transportation is not provided.
The Wormhole Forestry Service accepts no responsibility for lost vessels, destroyed capsules, unexpected wormhole collapses, or injuries sustained during routine environmental inspections.
