Executor Division of the Federation of Independent Mining Corporations (FI-MC)
TheFederal Infrastructure Administration (F-IA) serves as the structural and
logistical backbone of the FI-MC. Responsible for the operation, coordination
and maintenance of all Upwell installations within the Federation’s sphere,
F-IA ensures stability, efficiency and strategic reliability for every
industrial partner.
F-IA operates under a dual-leadership model:
•John Rock'feller – Federal Superintendent of Infrastructure
Primary overseer of all FI-MC structures, strategic planning and
long-term infrastructure development.
•Aiden Vercel – Infrastructure Control Officer (ICO)
Senior technical authority responsible for active systems management,
operational readiness and rapid response protocols.
Together, they maintain the Federation’s industrial backbone, uphold safety
and stability across all structures, and safeguard the continuous operation
of the FI-MC’s mining, production and logistics networks.
