Mining Rates:
corporation take 5% of all mining profits and the rest is divided by number of people involved, their duration and total profit.

Example if you are involved in a mining party for 3 hours you get a percentage of all mined not by how much you mined by yourself.

The formula is simple:

Number of miners x total hours each mined = pay out per hour X number of hours you mined = your share.
