The fine print:
-EGH uses TS3 for voice comms, all members are ABSOLUTLEY required to have and use it. Additionally, members must have working mic/speakers to be full participants.
-EGH is part of a PvP centric alliance and all members of EGH will be expected to participate.
-EGH requires a FULL api, and background check in order to be admitted. We reserve the option to deny membership to any applicants we feel may have pro-Scottish sympathies.

*- Serious-casual players are those who play Eve as their primary game and aim to make progress in the game but also have real life obligations. EGH also accepts “hardcore” gamers, but as a caveat to such applicants the corporation is tailored towards those who cannot devote large portions of their lives to the game on a regular basis.
