Rift State Industries offers three distinct yet overlapping career paths to it's members;

Mining Operations - Working as a fleet or individually, miners can achieve great wealth through high- and low-sec mining. Various assignments and contracts will be offered to miners that distinguish themselves through economic talent and performance.

Shipping - The State Shipping department offers opportunities not only for internal goods transportation, but also trade shipping and courier missions. A wide variety of contracts will also be available to members that show real enterprising skill.

Strategic Operations - Strat-Ops are responsible for the protection of mining and hauler fleets in high-risk areas. The force is also responsible for the defence of the corp as a whole, which includes a strong combat navy with elements that are designed to respond to specific circumstances. Members with deadly aim and a knack for staying alive will rise quickly through the ranks.

Rift State Industries is governed by the Board of Directors, who set out the goals of the corporation, it's long-term strategy and plans out research and development. The Board is also tasked with managing the Financial aspects of the corporation, which includes observing trade and sales.
