The International Contract Agency(more comonly refered to simple as The Agency) is a profecional bounty hunter agency that has ties to most major corporation and Alliances. It is designed to improve upon the broken bounty system currently in place by CONCORD.

How we operate:
A individual who has a problem with one or more individuals is able to place a bounty on there head. A number of bounty hunters and mercenaries both inside the corporation as well as outside it get information on the target and are able to collect the bounty on sucessfull termination of the target by any meens nessesary. As of now The Agency collects 10% of the reward fee with the other 90% going to the person successfull in terminating the target. Anyone wishing to put a bounty on a persons head is free to add a specific time frame for the bounty to be compleated and in case the assignment is not compleated in time then the bounty is refunded(assignment timeframe is in weeks with the minimal time of one week). For this service The Agency places a 1% collection tax to prevent this system from beeing missused.

All of our service is anonymous and no information on clients is given out unless a special premission is issued in relations to our recomendation system.

How to apply a bounty:
To apply a bounty plz send the ISK that you requst to apply to someones head to the International Contract Agency and put the persons name in the reason box. Once that is compleat send a mail with further information to Vulkan Kesare. If there is something is out of place we will contact you back as soon as possible.

Recruitment:
We are currently looking for indipended bounty hunters and mercenaries both inside the corp as well as outside it to go after targets. This includes but is not limited to, corp infiltration and assasination, suicide gang, war decleration by outside corporation and just the general low sec hunting. The Agency is working on establishing a large database on its targets and will provide its contractors with any inteligence it has access to. We are also looking for intel analyst to work for us in collecting intel on a target by request.
