Dan Ocean

Dan Ocean was recently released from a CONCORD penitentiary. He was in the slammer four years for trafficking in ancient Minmitar matrimonial head masks. He was also implicated in over a dozen other major crimes within the past few decades, though he was never charged. Now, he has become affiliated with the corporation Blackbriar, which would seem to indidcate that Blackbriar is involved in illegal activities. No such connection has yet been made.
