The Imperial Navy’s mission is to maintain, train and equip combat-ready Naval forces, in order to fight and win our State’s wars by providing prompt, sustained dominance across the full range of military operations and spectrum of conflict in support of combatant commanders, to maintaining freedom of the States. This by executing Title 1.0 and Title 1.1 Imperial Navy Code directives, to include organizing, equipping, and training forces for the conduct of prompt and sustained combat operations where necessary.

Title 1.0:
It is the intent of the State to provide an Unified Imperial Navy that is capable, in conjunction with the other established armed forces of the Caldari and Amaar States, of preserving the peace and security, and providing for the defense, of the pre-established mutual Confederation of the Caldari and Amaar States, the Territories, Empires, Alliances and possessions, and any areas occupied by the Confederated States; supporting the State policies; implementing the State objectives; and overcoming any nations or groups responsible for aggressive acts that imperil the peace and security of the Caldari and Amaar States.



Title 1.1:
The Imperial Navy exists to serve the Caldari and Amaar States, protect enduring Imperial interests, and fulfill the Confederation’s military responsibilities. Specifically, the Imperial Navy’s mission is to provide to combatant commanders the forces and capabilities necessary to execute the Imperial Security, State Defense, and State Military Strategies. Navy forces provide the capability-by threat, force, or occupation-to promptly gain, sustain, and exploit comprehensive control over land, resources, and people. This land power capability compliments the other Services' capabilities. Furthermore, the Imperial Navy is charged to provide logistic and other executive agent functions to enable the Imperial Navy to accomplish missions, directives, and all other responsibilities set forth by the State.
