As part of our transition from CCP Games to Fenris Creations, emails relating to EVE Online accounts and services will begin arriving from fenris.com domains. During this transition, you may continue to receive some emails from our existing domains while we establish sender reputation for the new Fenris domain.
This includes account verification and security messages, such as two-factor authentication emails, as well as news, offers, and other communications. Official emails may come from domains including:
account.fenris.com news.fenris.com
These are legitimate Fenris Creations domains.
If you use email filters, allowlists, or other rules for EVE Online messages, please update them to accept emails from fenris.com and its subdomains. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder if an expected email does not arrive.
